Call for Articles - Spring Volume 42, Issue 2, 2023
The call for articles for the upcoming Spring issue is now open!
Articles should be submitted to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife at iep@wildlife.ca.gov.The submission deadline is June 15, 2023.
We encourage all prospective authors to carefully review the Guide to Authors (PDF) and the Quick Guide for Creating Web Accessible Documents (PDF) prior to submitting their contributions. Visit the IEP Newsletter web page for more information on submission deadlines and publication guidelines.
Art for the Newsletter
IEP would like to continually include art from young people in the IEP Newsletter. Per Jereme Gaeta, "we all too easily forget what initially inspired us to pursue careers in or associated with natural resources as working adults." What better way to be reminded about those magical moments that sparked our passion and curiosity than to see it through the "eyes" of children as they explore the fascinating world around them. If you'd like to share a copy of your child's art for any upcoming issue send us an email at iep@wildlife.ca.gov.
