IEP is now accepting submissions for the 2026 Volume 45, Issue 1 Newsletter.

Submission deadline is February 15, 2026. Send submissions to iep@wildlife.ca.gov.

Articles are due by October 15, 2025. The USFWS will be the editor for this issue. Send submissions to Jacob Stagg (USFWS) at Jacob_Stagg@fws.gov.

We are happy to announce the release of the IEP Newsletter Volume 42, Issues 1&2 (combined) for 2023 (PDF). You can find this newsletter as well as previous newsletters housed on the IEP Newsletter page.

Call for Articles

As a reminder, we also have an open call for articles for the Volume 44, Issue 2 for 2025. Submissions are due by June 15, 2025 and should be sent to iep@wildlife.ca.gov. CDFW staff, Virginia Afentoulis, will be the reviewer for this issue.
