Do you like bringing people together to work collaboratively on complex conservation challenges?

The Bay Delta Region (BDR) is looking for a creative and proactive leader to guide and oversee the region's Interagency Ecological Program (IEP) Operations Program. This position manages extensive field operation functions in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and San Francisco Estuary, supporting the Department's role in IEP, a nine-agency collaborative. This position offers the opportunity to represent the Department in significant and complex fisheries management issues and lead a large, diverse team. Successful applicants will have extensive knowledge and understanding of ecosystems and ecosystem management including aquatic habitats and species; sensitive species management; local, State, and federal jurisdictions and regulations; and related activities.

This position is located at BDR's Stockton Field Office.
