Invitation for IEP Workshop Planning Participants

  • Are you interested in helping draft the 2025 IEP Workshop program?
  • Do you have an idea for a specific workshop session and session speakers?
  • Want to organize the poster session?
  • Want to bring more art into the world of science?

The 2025 IEP Workshop Planning kick-off meeting will be held (virtually) September 24, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The Workshop Organizing Chair (Rosemary Hartman, DWR) and new co-Chair (Adam Nanninga, USFWS) will discuss the planning process and expectations, roles and responsibilities, timelines and then we’ll dive right into the brainstorming process.

To make the workshop a success, we need session moderators and chairs to help organize the poster session, the mentor luncheon, the early career awards, volunteers, and art exhibits.

Are you interested in participating, but cannot make the kick-off meeting? Don’t worry, you can still participate!
Send an email to iep@wildlife.ca.gov and cc Rosemary.Hartman@water.ca.gov and Adam_Nanninga@fws.gov and we’ll add you to the work group.
